Shrimp BLT on Artisan Bread

Serving Suggestion:

Sauté large or jumbo shrimp, cleaned, deveined and tails removed in small amount of olive oil, chopped garlic and salt and pepper until browned about 5 minutes.

On toasted sliced favorite artisan or whole grain bread, spread mayonnaise, and top with sliced tomato, bib lettuce, cooked shrimp, cooked bacon strips and finish with toasted sliced artisan bread.
