Shrimp Flat Bread with Spinach and Peppers

Skewered Shrimp

Serving Suggestion:
Sauté, garlic, red onions, peppers and spinach with olive oil and and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Remove and set aside. Sauté cleaned deveined, and tails removed large shrimp in olive oil and garlic until pink. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on flat bread. Top with spinach mixture and shrimp. Broil until cheese is melted. Cut into squares.
