Elegant Crab Spread
Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients:
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup crab meat flaked (4 oz.)
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
Combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise, beat with processor until smooth. Blend in remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers.
