Crabacado Appetizer Recipe


Number of Servings: 6-8 people as appetizer
Preparation Time: Approx. 30 minutes

1 lb lump crabmeat
3 slices thick cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tomatoes cut into cubes
1 avocado, cut into cubes
1/2 purple onion, cut into slices
1 Cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Juice of one fresh lemon
2 Tablespoons Fresh tarragon
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix top 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Combine the next 5 ingredients in a food processor and mix until the mixture becomes creamy.
Pour the dressing over the crabmeat mixture.
