Using EZ PEEL Shrimp is a great choice for this dish. Because the shell is already partially split, these shrimp are perfect for sautéing in a pan with butter, white wine, and fresh garlic.Compared to standard White EZ Peel Shrimp, Argentine Reds offer a more premium eating experience with stronger plate appeal and a sweeter flavor profile that works beautifully in simple preparations like scampi.
