Velvety Pink Sauce Shrimp Over Pasta


1/2 lb (15-16) Large Shrimp Deveined and Peeled
200 g Spaghetti (or your choice of pasta)
1 TBSP Olive Oil
4 Cloves Garlic, Thinly Sliced
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes or 1 Dried Red Chili, Crushed
1/2 Medium Onion Sliced
1 Medium Tomato Diced
1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
1 cup Heavy Cream or Evaporated Milk
2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese or Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
Salt and Pepper to taste
Parsley Flakes (optional, for garnish)


Add all ingredients in a bowl and combine. 

Let marinate for ½ hour before eating. 

This can also be further processed into a fine spread like a pesto consistency in a blender.
